    We invite you in Stockholm, Monday 13th April, for a Swedish premier of " The Unsinkable Entrepreneur" .

    With Enda O'Coineen, it promises to be an inspirational evening charting the adventure, the challenges of the project and one man's dream to beat the odds in an extraordinary human story. The film is produced by Craig Garfinkle and has a unique music score by composer Eimear Noone, the first woman to conduct at the Oscars..

    Our premier is following international acclaim and an award-winning North American premiere for Best International Documentary at the 2025 Newport Beach Film Festival, The Unsinkable Entrepreneur makes its debut at a unique event hosted by the Irish Chamber of Commerce in Sweden and KSSS (Kungliga Svenska Segel Sällskapet) at Ireland House,

    Step aboard for an evening of inspiration with entrepreneurs and sailors that celebrates the spirit of resilience, and leadership.

    The Unsinkable Entrepreneur charts the extraordinary journey of Enda O’Coineen, entrepreneur, sailor, and fearless optimist whose story has inspired audiences around the world.

    Owner of the Business Post Media Group in Ireland, in partnership with the Bonnier Family in Sweden Enda O’Coineen is an Irish entrepreneur, adventurer and pioneering sailor whose career spans business innovation and extreme endurance.  

    With a passion for the legacy of explorer Ernest Shackleton, he turned his focus to ocean racing, becoming the first Irish sailor to complete the Vendée Globe non-stop, solo, around-the-world race. His remarkable resilience,  appetite for challenge are captured in the documentary film The Unsinkable Entrepreneur

    The Irish Chamber of Commerce in Sweden in co-operation with KSSS present an evening with Enda and Friends for a screening of the documentary, followed by a panel discussion where Enda will be joined by special guests to discuss entrepreneurship, adventures and the qualities that inform success in both.

    Please book now due to limited seating. There will be refreshments and a light buffet available at the venue. This is a free event for members of KSSS and the ICCS. Proof of membership required. Members may request one guest pass. 

    KSSS (Kungliga Svenska Segel Sällskapet)

    The Royal Swedish Sailing Society (KSSS) was founded in 1830.
    KSSS is Sweden's largest and the world's second largest sailing society with approximately 6,000 members, of which approximately 2,500 are juniors.
    Activities include training, camp activities, racing, squadron sailing, club activities and port activities.
    Among sporting successes are 19 Olympic medals and victories in most major national and international sailing competitions over the years.

    Irish Chamber of Commerce in Sweden

    The Irish Chamber of Commerce in Sweden, a voluntary organisation, has grown to become the largest Irish professional platform in the Nordic region. We provide strong representation for Irish professional and commercial communities spanning from Iceland to Latvia, promoting dialogue and collaboration between Irish and Nordic enterprises.

Please drop in to our informal breakfast on the last Thursday of each month at Urban Deli, Sveavägen,  Stockholm.

No registration needed. Kim Sjölund is the regular host for this event.
